Next Level Homes

Coming soon: a new incentive program for single-family new construction!

In late 2024, PSE will launch Next Level Homes – a new program that will take the place of the High Performance Homes offering. This program will work with builders and HERS Raters to deliver single-family homes that provide exceptional energy performance, comfort, and resiliency to PSE customers.

How to qualify

To be eligible for Next Level Homes incentives:

  • Property Type: Projects must be a detached single-family home or a multifamily building with a maximum of three attached units. Exceptions may apply for townhome projects. Please contact the program to inquire
  • Location: Projects must be located within PSE electric service territory
  • Heating Source: Project must use electricity for space heating
  • Project Phase: Projects must complete construction on or after January 1, 2024.
