What you get
We offer rebates and grants to offset the cost of in-unit and common area upgrades that improve energy efficiency and can lower your utility bills.
Properties within Tribal Communities, built before 1986, with tenants that use rental assistance, or those classified as "affordable" or "mixed (market/affordable)" qualify for the highest amounts.

How you qualify
Each Multifamily Retrofit project begins with a free eligibility assessment. You must meet the following criteria to qualify for the program:
- Be a current PSE electric and/or natural gas customer
- Own a unit within a multifamily dwelling OR manage or own multifamily dwelling that has either:
- Five or more attached units
- Less than five attached units, but is part of a campus
- Meet the equipment and/or site requirements listed in the rebate menu for each respective energy efficiency improvement.
- You must purchase a model found on one of these certified Qualified Products Lists (QPLs):
- For in-unit electric incentives, rebates are only available on new, qualifying equipment. Furnaces that have been installed as auxiliary heat sources are not eligible for an additional rebate. Qualified Product Lists are updated monthly so please check back before making a purchase.
- Complete the eligibility assessment prior to making improvements.
